The latest Live Help Messenger Desktop v3.50 release includes many new features to help improve your Live Help chat experience with your web site visitors. Tagged Responses
Tagged Responses allow you to quickly access pre-typed commands and responses directly within the chat window. See our Tagged Responses blog entry for further details. Responses are also stored server-side (allowing your operators to access the pre-typed responses within any PC).
Chat Visitor Alerts
Browsing visitor alerts are shown within the operator chat window (allowing you to see when the chatting visitor moves around your web site without leaving the chat window). Please see the screen capture below:

Easily add smilies / emoticons from the operator Windows application, with full integration within the chat windows. Furthermore you can easily see within the chat tabs if a message is waiting for your response.

Development Update: Currently work is being completed on an improved Chat / Visitor History feature for the upcoming v3.60 Live Help release. This upcoming update includes filtering the previous chat history and various other improvements. Stay tuned for future updates regarding the next release.

The next update to the Live Help Messenger Windows application is almost ready for release. Within the next few weeks, version 3.5 will be available as a Release Candidate.
One of the primary focuses for this release, included improving the usage of pre-typed responses within Live Help. You are now able to tag pre-typed responses, so they are easily accessible from within chat transcripts. This exclusive and innovative feature is one of many exciting features that we will be introducing to Live Help within 2009.
Tagged pre-typed responses are shown below within the following screen shots.

Tags can be used to associate common words with pre-typed responses (such as Text, Hyperlinks, Images, and JavaScript). This feature will allow you to respond to messages faster and avoid searching through long lists of responses. Tags will be highlighted and act like buttons within chat messages, as shown below.

An update to the v3.0 Live Help Messenger Desktop application has been made available today. This latest update includes many minor bug fixes to improve overall stability and also provides minor interface improvements. In addition to this update, we have many exciting features planned for Live Help within 2009. The latest download is available below:
Currently the Live Help web-based administration is under redevelopment in order to improve the interface and overall usability when chatting to your site visitors and customers. Furthermore this upcoming release will also include extra features and alerts for your operators that are using the web-based administration within Mac OS X systems.
