The Live Help Server Software and Live Help Messenger Desktop application has been updated to v3.70 on Novemeber 27th.  This new release is a major upgrade that adds many minor fixes and new features such as File Transfer, where operators can now send images and file to chatting visitors. 

Upgrade instructions are shown below if you currently have the Live Help Server Software v3.30 or above installed.  Any installations below v3.30 will need to complete a re-installation using an empty MySQL database.

	Backup your current /livehelp directory
	Upload the v3.70 /livehelp directory excluding the /livehelp/include/database.php file
	Sign-in to the Live Help Messenger Windows application
	When you sign-in, an automatic transparent upgrade will occur
	Sign-out of the Live Help Messenger Windows application
	Delete the /livehelp/install/ directory
	Upgrade completed
